The Injuries Resolution Board (formerly the PIAB) ran their ICT support in-house but, as case volumes grew, they knew they could no longer support their growing infrastructure and develop new value-add applications. In addition, they were just running out of space to house their infrastructure.
We worked with them to design a new infrastructure, procure and Implement that new environment and get a full managed service up and running.
Teagasc are one of our oldest clients and, while they already had a full managed service in place, they didn’t feel they were getting the right level of service or sufficient value from their support partner.
We worked with Teagasc to define their requirements, engage with the Market and procure a new Managed Service. We subsequently worked with them to review and ultimately renew this service. For the first time ever, a service was procured that incorporated Continuous Improvement.
Met Éireann is the official national meteorological centre for Ireland and has a long-term goal of providing weather services in order to safeguard life and property and to contribute to economic development and to quality of life. Their mission is to monitor, analyse and predict Ireland’s weather and climate, and to provide a range of high quality meteorological and related information to their customers.
Met Éireann ran their ICT systems in-house but as demands grew for their 24*7*365 Service, they needed to upgrade all their infrastructure and implement a full Managed Service.
We worked with them to define their requirements, engage with the Market procure and implement a new infrastructure and a Managed Service.
CORU are the National Regulator for Healthcare and Social Care Professionals in Ireland. CORU have over 20,000 Healthcare professionals registered with them, but from Nov 30, 2023, this number would almost double as Social care workers became registered over the coming 2 years. However the core staff numbers in CORU were not going to double. The obvious solution is to make their operations more efficient and effective, and that’s where we come in. We are working closely with CORU on a multi-year digitization program.
