We managed the procurement and implementation of a new centralised Managed Service for a semi-state company, which was delivered on time and under budget.
We worked with a major wholesaler to integrate the IT systems of an acquisition with those of the parent company. This was delivered as working changed from on-site to remote due to the recent pandemic, but the project was delivered significantly under budget.
We designed, delivered and implemented the ICT infrastructure for an Agricultural College that previously relied almost entirely on paper and chalk to teach their students. Implementation of this project required us to work closely with diverse end users to help them adjust their behaviour resulting in a new, progressive culture at the college to the direct benefit of the students.
